All descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only. Due to the nature of luxury materials and ethical sourcing, minor variations may occur and do not constitute a defect.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include applicable UK taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout using an approved payment method.
A contract is formed only when payment is accepted and order confirmation is issued.
6. Final Sale, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
6.1 Final Sale Policy
All items sold on www.daku.world are final sale.
We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds except where strictly required by UK consumer law.
6.2 Hygiene Exemption
In accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods which are sealed or unsealed items that come into contact with the head, hair, or skin are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel for hygiene and health protection reasons.
Customers therefore do not have a right to change their mind once goods are delivered.
6.3 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, remedies will be provided only as required by law.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
