DAKU.WORLD operates on a strict final sale basis. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered as a matter of choice, preference, or goodwill. Any remedy provided will be strictly limited to what is required under UK consumer law and nothing further.
Final Sale Policy
All products sold on www.daku.world are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
This applies to, without limitation:

Hygiene Exemption (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Our headwear products are items that come into direct contact with the head, hair, and skin. In accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, such goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel once delivered, due to health and hygiene protection reasons.
Accordingly, customers do not have a right to change their mind after delivery.
Exclusivity, Ethical Materials & Product Integrity
Each DAKU.WORLD item is produced in limited quantities using ethically sourced, specialist materials. Once dispatched, the condition, handling, and provenance of the product cannot be verified. For this reason, returned goods cannot be reintroduced into circulation without compromising quality standards.
This policy is fundamental to our brand, supply chain integrity, and customer protection.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Statutory Rights Only)
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is:

You must notify DAKU.WORLD within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
Any remedy will be:

Determined at DAKU.WORLD’s sole discretion in compliance with statutory obligations
Where legally permitted, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item instead of issuing a refund.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or misused.
No Additional Liability
DAKU.WORLD shall not be liable for:

Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to legal fault

Fit, comfort, or personal preference

Wear, misuse, or damage after delivery

Delays or issues caused by third-party couriers beyond our control
Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than a verified statutory requirement.
