Any re-delivery or reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date, providing relevant details and evidence where applicable.
